If you follow my Instagram, you’ll already know about this, but I’m super excited to announce on here that my EP, Ballads for this Age, will be releasing from 26 July. I’ll be releasing it song by song, and I cannot wait for you to hear each of them!

This has been such a huge project for me, but I’m only one part of the picture. I’ve worked with the amazing Nikhil Shepherd to get the mixing and mastering just right. I enlisted the help of Kevin Donnelly to get the shots for the album artwork. I’ve been working with Launchpad + for distribution, and I’ve called upon friends and family numerous times, from shooting the canvases to listening back with me to mix after mix. I couldn’t be more grateful for the network of support that has allowed for the EP to happen!!
For those of you who follow me on Instagram and see my album Sundays, where I listen to your album suggestions in full, you’ll know that listening to albums as a whole is an experience I find super important, and musically so interesting! Whilst not a full album, this is something I’ve thought about a lot in the production of the EP, which, as a whole, seeks to tell a story. That story will build as each track is released, and I’d really encourage you to listen to the EP as a whole in one sitting once it is out to see my full vision.
Anyway, enough rambling on about it - we still have a week to wait until the first track!! I’m way too excited, and I hope you are, too <3
